Creating Burns using Gelatine
- Apply barrier cream on the area
- First melt the gelatine for 10 seconds once it has liquidfy it can be used on your model.
- Check the tempreture to mae sure is not too hot apply and you dont burn you model apply a bit on ur wrist check the heat and double check by applying a tiny bit on your clients wrist see if they are ok with the tempreture if yes it is ready to be applied.
- Aply on the chosed area of the body and get a hair sryer using the cooling button to make the glatine dry faster with your spatula dab it on the gelatine when it gets tackey so it creates bumps.
- then re-apply the gelatine and repeat the process. Do this a atleast 3-4 times.
- Once you hare happy get a red supra colour and apply it on top of the gelatine area.
- Then you can use blood and puss to the bumpy areas and push them inside to give a realistic fininish.
- Apply barrier cream on the hand.
- Then streatch the skin out so it is smooth
- stipple some liquid latex on the hand and leave it to dry and then repeat the process 3x
- Once it is dry rub the latex on your models hand where it looks like the skin is peeling.
- Then apply spray paint in a brown shade and apply it on your latex once it is dry get a supra colour or burns and blister wheel with ur fingers use red black and green to give a shade of burning effect.
- Once that is dont get some wound filler and fresh scartch and apply a small amout in certain parts on the hand.
- Finally to give it a burnt wheeping look apply vasaline after you have set it with translucent powder.
